- Provide Field Review of Appraisal services for the U. S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located in the state of California, County of Los Angeles excluding Antelope Valley. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity fixed-price purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) not to exceed $100,000. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 531320, and the size standard is $1.5 million. The proposed purchase order will be for a period of one year. RFQ Q4D8AAC0004 will be available on or around March 11, 2004. Quotations will be due on or around April 2, 2004. To all interested parties, this RFQ will be available for downloading on HUD's web page: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm on or around March 11, 2004. Potential quoters who download copies of the RFQ from HUD's web page will not automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation.
