Description

STATEMENT OF WORK SERVER EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE Fixed-Price Maintenance (4 Hour Response) The contractor shall provide certified hardware maintenance for six (6) HP Proliant servers and one (1) HP Prosignia server at the Dept. of Navy, Office of Process, Technology and Information (OPTI). Maintenance service shall include the repair of all failures that result from ordinary use. Maintenance service shall not include electrical work external to the equipment, the furnishing of supplies, or the repair of failures resulting from Government misuse or neglect. The contractor shall provide 7 x 24 on-site maintenance (parts and labor), with a 4-hour response time. The contractor shall provide a local or toll free number with 7 x 24 service calling/logging. The equipment is located in the Naval Annex in Arlington, VA. The specific location of the equipment will be confirmed during the service call. Subject to security regulations, the Government will permit access to the equipment that is to be maintained. The contractor shall submit monthly invoices. Period of Performance will be one year from date of award.
