- REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 16,000 rentable square feet to yield a range of 14,000 to 15,000 useable square feet as well as a 2,000 sf warehouse building on site. The warehouse should have 10? bay doors and be a depth of 35-40?. The office space must be contiguous in one (1) building with on-site parking for seventy-six (76) vehicles. LOCATION: Site must be located within the city limits of one of the following: Beaumont, Silsbee, Kountze, or Woodville. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2004. Expressions of interest should include the following and be submitted no later than 4:00pm EST, March 12, 2004: (1.) Building/site name and address. (2.) Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rentable rate per rentable square foot. (3.) Site plan, condition of parcel and map (total size of parcel). (4.) Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that Offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
