Description

Fifteen days after publication of this notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a purchase order to Light Spin Technologies, Inc. for research related to the development of a new program related to imaging photonic devices, and contemplating physical optics and optical circuits as well as optoelectronic materials, devices, and components. This order shall be for an amount less than $100,000 and the research shall take place within a period of six months after issuance of the purchase order. Light Spin Technologies, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required services due to its technical expertise and extensive past experience conducting research efforts in this specific field. This notice is not a solicitation of any kind, nor is it a request for proposal.
