- Description
- The U.S. Agency for International Development Mission to Pakistan (USAID Pakistan) is seeking competitive proposals from firms or organizations already doing business in Pakistan, to assist in monitoring projects funded by USAID in all four provinces of Pakistan. Projects currently funded by USAID Pakistan are in the areas of Education, Health, Governance and Economic Opportunity (e.g. Microfinance); additional information will be provided with the solicitation. This requirement has been advertised in Pakistan newspapers, but a pre-solicitation notice and the solicitation itself will also be posted on the Federal Business Opportunity website as an additional means to disseminate information on our requirement. The proposal due date in this notice is approximate and will be superceded by the date specificed in the solicitation. USAID regulation, policy and procedures on Local Procurement are regulation 22CFR228 Rules on Source, Origin and Nationality for Commodities and Services Financed by USAID; and USAID Automated Directive System (ADS) Chapter 311 Local Procurement, both of which can be found on our agency website: www.usaid.gov.
