- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is soliciting for Circuit Card Assemblies, Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type A/B Card (P/N 530-3000-001) and Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type E Card (P/N 530-2005-001). This procurement will be solicited and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for a base ordering period of one year, with three one-year option periods. The estimated quantities for the base year are 18 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type A/B Card and 1 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type E Card. The estimated quantities for option year one are 22 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type A/B Card and 16 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type E Card. The estimated quantities for option year two are 14 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type A/B Card and 34 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type E Card. The estimated quantities for option year three are 36 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type A/B Card and 36 each Antares 4001 Series NTDS Type E Card. Delivery of each component is required within 10 weeks after issuance of each delivery order. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334119 and a size standard of 1000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 8 March 04. The closing date of the solicitation will be 18 March 04, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) with The Titan Corporation, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Go vernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 20 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to JerdeJM@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO or Keyport websites. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov ). Any questions should be submitted in writing via the fax number provided above or e-mailed to JerdeJM@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may rende r your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
