Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting on an unrestricted basis for Blank, Plastic, FME Discs of various sizes. Delivery FOB Destination at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Bremerton, WA 98314. The acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted commercial purchase. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. Resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for a base year plus two (2) one-year option periods. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Elecronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or about 15 March 2004, with offers due on or about 5 April 2004. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to anne.marotti@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations or quotes and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals or quotes may render your proposal or quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
