Description

Work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and performing work in connection with demolition work, framing and sheet metal roofing Building 12000 at Fort Jackson, SC. NAICS Code is 238160, size standard is $12.5 million. Magnitude of project is $1,500,000 to $2,000,000. Period of performance is 180 days for the basic phase of work. Drawings will be available either on CD (at no charge) or paper at a charge of $100.00. Checks or money orders payable to US Treasury will be accepted, b ut no cash. Written requests (for the drawings only) should be submitted to the Contract Specialist, and include the company name, POC, street address, phone number, and fax number. Contract awardee will be required to be registered in CCR. Questions ab out this project have to be submitted in writing. Oral questions will not be entertained. Due to the urgency of this project, the solicitation will be posted concurrently with this notice.
