- Description
- The Technology Applications Contracting Office intends to procure for teardown & inspection and repair/overhaul of Main Rotor Transmission(s): P/N: 369F5100-501, P/N: 369D25100-505/507 and P/N: 369A5100-505/615 as well as their accessories & components and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) associated data (Exhibit A – A001 Quality Assessement Report/Teardown & Inspection Report for each Transmission and A002 Monthly Status Report, contract format authorized). Delivery To: W80N5C, Command 160th SOAR(ABN), Attn: Tory Eide, 7244 Nightstalker Way, Ft. Campbell, KY 42223-6012. Type of contract anticipated is Time & Material (T&M)/Performance Based Services Contracting (PBSC) for a five (5) year period or base year plus four (4) option years. No split award will be made. Offeror shall furnish all labor facilities, material, parts, etc., required to accomplish the repair/overhaul of the MD Helicopter Industry (MDHI) Main Rotor Transmissions identified above. The solicitation will be available via Federal Business Opportunities System (FEDBIZOPPS). Proposal(s) for solicitation will be accepted through mail, e-mail: lmcgrew@tapo.eustis.army.mil and by fax at 757-878-4199. Offeror(s) are requested to assure compliance with all requirements of subject solicitation. Offers are due 11 Feb 04 NLT 4:00PM local time at Technology Applications Contracting Office, Attn: L. McGrew/AMSAT-D-TK, Bldg. 401 Lee Blvd., Ft. Eustis, VA 23604-5577. Firms that recognize and can repair/overhaul the M/R Transmission described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer which will permit their participation in the current solicitation. See Note(s): 12, 23 and 26. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-DEC-2003).
