Description

The US Army Research, Development and Engineering Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Clamshell Buildings of Ventura, CA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other s upplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, replacement panels as follows: 5 each Panels, Part Number 350001, C/S, 15-66, A; and 5 each Panels, Part Number 350002, C/S, 15-66, B. These existing LAMS Type AM, System 50 Clamshelter Model 50B-BBB-1 0CC were procured in 1993, and produced by Clamshell Buildings, of Ventura, CA.
