- The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and material to perform grounds maintenance. The Contractor shall perform Class I, II and III Grounds Maintenance of the Industrial Area at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersbur g, PA. The work to be performed is considered seasonal. The season for this contract will begin approximately 15 April and end approximately 15 October each year. Class I will require service approximately 31 times each year. Class II will require serv ice approximately 15 times each year. Class III will require service approximately 3 times each year. The contract shall be for one base year and four option years. This solicitation is a Total 100% Se-Aside for Small Business Concerns. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
