- DSCR will negotiate with responsible concerns for the establishment of an Indefinite Quantity contract, with a base period of one year and four, one-year options, for 4 different sizes of Cylinder, Compressed Gas, used to hold Sulfur Hexafluoride. NSN-8120-00-139-4441 has estimated quantity for the base period is 2,139 cylinders and 1,036 cylinders for each option period. NSN 8120-00-181-7181 has estimated qty of 806 cys for the base period and 248 for each option. NSN 8120-01-394-4200 has base period estimated qty of 63 cys and option period estimates of 12 cys per year. NSN 8120-01-513-4347 has base year estimate of 4203 cys and option year estimates of 1852 cys. This cylinder is manufactured to specification RR-C-901D, TY II. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards and related standardization documents is available on the internet via http://assist.daps.mil or www.dodssp.daps.mil. This is an unrestricted procurement. All cylinders shall be delivered to Defense Depot Richmond, VA, Cylinder Operations (SRU), Richmond VA 23297, FOB Destination with origin inspection and acceptance on each delivery order. This solicitation will be posted to the Gateway on Http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
