- Description
- Provide reading and transcription services of x-ray exams taken by and provided by the Sells Indian Hospital and San Xavier Indian Health Center. Both facilities are located on the Tohono O'odham Nation's land near the city of Tucson, Arizona. Services to be performed at the contractor's facility. The Government will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of the x-ray exams in x-ray jackets and radiology consultation reports to and from the contractor's facility. The requirment is for a period of one year with 4 one year option periods, for a total contract award of five years. Estimated readings for the first year is 9300. Release date March 15, 2004.
