- This modifcation is to change the NAICS from 811310 to 238920, Other Building Equipment Contractors with a samll business size of 12 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Chapter 19.1305. This procurement is no longer a small business set aside. This procurement is pursuant to the P.L. 100-656 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. This means 10% will be added to large business bids. The most responsive, responsible lowest bid will win the award. The awardee may be either a HUBZone small business, a small business or a large business with 10 percent of its bid added to the original price of the large business' bid. This procurement is available to all size businesses. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-FEB-2004).
