- N65540-04-Q-0013 Amendment 0004 Answers to Offeror?s questions: 1. What equipment would the vendor need to provide? ( tape machine, transcribing machine, computers etc . . .) Government Response: The vendor needs to supply all necessary equipment. 2. Are you looking for court reporting capabilities as opposed to traditional machine transcription onesGovernment Response: The vendor can determine which method they will use provided we get the transcript as indicated in the SOW with the certainty that all statements will be captured accurately. 3. Do you have the accomodations for the employee to work or would they need to do the actual work in our office and send you the finished productGovernment Response: Other than the time on site during the event, the contractor is expected to finish the work at their own site and provide a finished product in accordance with the time frames set forth in the contract. 4. Do you know how many hours of labor you used in this category in 2003Government Response: The number of hours in 2003 were not tracked.
