Description: Contractor to furnish professional urology services to the VA Medical Center, Erie, PA. Services must to performed at the EVAMC during normal business hours. Services to be accomplished 5 days per week, with 3 days being surgical and 2 days being clinic. Contractor is also required to provide emergency coverage on off-tours, weekends and holidays as needed. Contract will be for one base year, plus 4 - 1 year renewal options.
