- Description
- The Air Force intends to award a purchase order for NON-PERSONAL SERVICES to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, services, transportation and incidentals necessary to lease one 5K Warehouse Forklift and six 31? ? 32? Electric Scissor Lifts for a period of twelve months to the 135 Tanker Productions Section, Building 240 and Building 3001, Tinker AFB OK. A Firm-Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is no later than 19 March 04. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of the proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman at 405-736-3273.
