Description
CONTACT Mr. Robert Francis, 732-532-8461. This is a sources sought notice for a proposed services contract. The objective of this contract will be to provide the Logistics and Readiness Center (LRC) the ability to meet current and future requirement s of Field System and Weapon System Support services. This will be a one-year IDIQ contract with four option years. The contractor shall perform Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (C4IEW&S) equipment lo gistical and maintenance services as outlined herein. The contractor shall provide the necessary services, personnel, facilities and materials to perform the functions of New Equipment Training (NET), Total Package Fielding (TPF), Contract Field Support Re presentative (CFSR), Regional Support and Electronic Sustainment Support Centers (RSC/ESSC), support to DOD, Army and Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions such as Counter-Narcotics/Counter Terrorism, and in the areas of Cryptographic Modernization, In formation Systems Security (INFOSEC), Communication Security (COMSEC), Information Assurance (IA), Biometrics, Electronic Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other security program support, surveillance systems; targ et acquisition systems; night vision/electro-optics systems; sensors; radiac equipment; aircraft survivability systems; common hardware/software; combat support/combat service support; Environmental Control Units (ECUs); power generators; field artillery s ystems; air defense systems; maneuver control systems; telecommunications systems to include but not limited to satellite communications and control systems, FM radios, communications systems - division and corps, communications switching systems, control management systems; and additional Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Sensors (IEWS) Systems, Communications (COMM) Systems, and Command and Control/Avionics (CCS/Av) Systems. The goal of this program is to assure maximum mission effectiveness and system operational availability in the most cost effective manner by providing contractor personnel with skill levels and expertise to complement present organic Government capabilities. These services will be provided to the LRC and any activity or organization requiring such services. Services shall be provided utilizing state of the art telecommunications/automation products compatible with those utilized by CECOM LRC or as specified in a specific delivery order. Services shall be provided both on site (at Fo rt Monmouth or the applicable Government facility) and off site at the discretion of the Government. This effort may include work at the Top Secret level.
