- Description
- The Office of Personnel Management, 1900 E Street, NW, Room 1342, Washington, DC 20415 hereby announced it is conducting an A-76 streamlined competition of its Administrative Accounting Services Activity. This activity is currently performed by Government employees. The Administrative Accounting Services Activity is part of the Division for Management and Chief Financial Officer?s Center for Financial Services and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. This competition will involve 44 full time equivalents (FTEs). The positions are all located in the Washington, DC area. Due to a change in procedures for conducting A-76 competitions involving more than 10 FTEs contained in Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2004, it is now necessary that the Office of Personnel Management develop a most efficient organization (MEO) for this activity. This competition will continue to be conducted as a streamlined competition. The development of an MEO will add 45 calendar days onto the completion date for this competition. The completion date is hereby extended from March 8, 2004 to April 23, 2004. The Competitive Sourcing Official for this competition is Clarence Crawford, Associate Director for Management and Chief Financial Officer. The contracting officer for this competition is changed from Henry Wong to Tina McGuire, Chief, Contracting Group. The Agency Tender Official for this competition is Gerald W. Thomas.
