- Description
- The VA Ohio Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA) for the provision of a Continuous Survey Readiness Program with JCR and various counterparts within the State of Ohio. The Contracting Officer has determined that the OHA is the only source capable of providing the services specific to the needs of the VA Ohio Healthcare System in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B). Firms in disagreement with this decision must submit information to the Contracting Officer no later than March 8, 2004. The Contracting Officer has the right to accept or reject any information if it is not complete, accurate, and relevant. The Contracting Officer shall make the final decision regarding the information submitted.
