- Description
- The VA Network Business Center seeks a Request for Proposal for a contract (Commercial item FAR Part 12) for Gastroenterologist Services for a monthly rate with coverage required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week regardless of shift. Gastroenterologist Services is estimated at 2.3 Full Time Equivalent (FTEE). Service shall be performed at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare facilities in the Las Vegas, NV area. Services will include procedure clinics six (6) half-days per week and consult clinics two (2) half-days per week at the SE Las Vegas clinic. Additionally, professional services for gastro consults and procedures provided to vets hospitalized under VA payment at non-VA facilities in Clark County will also be required. This will be a one (1) year contract starting on or about February 9, 2004 with four optional one-year periods. This is an unrestricted solicitation, all proposals from responsible concerns will be considered. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Solicitations will be available on or about December 10, 2003 and offers are due on or about January 12, 2004.
