Description

This project consists of supplying and installing components of a HVAC system to supplement the existing system in the Paisley RD Main Office Building. The work includes the supply and installation of a Trane 5 Ton, 12 SEER heat pump with variable drive air handler, 14 supply air duct runs with registers, 1 return air duct run, 1 commercial quality T7300 thermostat, 2 Mitsubishi 2-Ton ductless mini-split heat pump systems for the GIS area and 1 Mitsubishi 9000 BTU air conditioner for the computer/communication room. Proposed substitutions of project components will be considered, reviewed and approved by the CO/COR. Any proposed substitution must be equal or exceed the specifications of the listed product above. The Paisley RD is located on the south end of the community of Paisley, Oregon along U.S. Highway 31. It is approximately 47 miles northwest of Lakeview, Oregon. This is a small business set-aside. The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Expected issue date is March 17, 2004 and expected open date is April 8, 2004.
