- Description
- The primary objective of this procurement is to provide a range of vehicle safety-related consumer research, product development, marketing and communication services to the Office of Communication and Consumer Information on an ongoing basis. These services should include: research, planning, development, production, delivery and evaluation for consumer issues and the resultant activities and product. It is contemplated that a Time and Material type Contract will be awarded. The period of performance of this contract is a one-year base period, with four (4) renewable, one-year option periods, for a total potential contract period of five (5) years. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The internet site, or URL, for the FedBizOpps page is www.fedbizOpps.gov or www.eps.gov. The anticipated issuance date of the solicitation is April 12, 2004. However, it is the Offeror's sole responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential Offerors will also be solely responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any), and any other related documents.
