- GS05P04GAC0053 is for Janitorial and Related Services, at the Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building, Chicago, Illinois. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described in the solicitation. The contract period will consist of a 1-year base period with 4 one-year options with an estimated start date of August 1, 2004. This is a negotiated procurement set aside to 8(a) businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with a small business size standard of $14 million. GSA is issuing the solicitation electronically only. It will be available on or about February 17, 2004. Interested parties must access the solicitation via the FedTeds website at www.fedteds.gov. The solitation will not be available on the Fedbizopps website. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. Contractors must register on the FedTeds website to have access to solicitation material. This registration includes providing a Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
