Description

The project consists of the construction of one waste storage facility (40' X 128' roofed manure stacking structure) on the McCoy farm in Montgomery County, Kentucky. The major items of work include: structure removal (concrete) 1 job; drainfill, No. 8 gravel, 170 tons; rockfill, No. 610 gravel, 170 tons; reinforced concrete walls, slab, curbs and footers, 155 CY; gutters and downspouts, 1 job; and trussed roof and support structure (5,120 SF), 1 job. The estimated profect price range is $25,000 to $100,000. A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2004. The Request for Quotations will be released on the Federal Business Opportunities page at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about March 18, 2004. Hard copies will not be provided. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
