Description

The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Yazoo City, Mississippi, intends to issue RFQ31502-007-04, for the requirements of: Quartely Subsistence - Milk and Bread. FOB Destination, delivery date per the solicitation delivery schedule, beginning April 5 - June 30, 2004, to the Federal Correctinal Institution, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS. The contract is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or muiltple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government with past performance and price considered, prices bein grate higher than past performance. The solication will be made available on aor about March 4, 2004. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer must include a completed copy of FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and information regarding this solicitation is Marcia Arp, Supv. Contracct Specialist, at the address listed above and telephonenumber listed below.
