Furnish all necessary labor, supplies and materials, tools, equipment and transportation to provide preventive maintenance inspections service and load bank test on all emergency generators located throughout the Navajo Area Indian Health Service medical facilities. Two services shall be provided during the course of the contract. NOTE This is a total set aside for small business. All requests shall in writing and or fax to 928 871 1477.
