- Document Number 40553004. Contractor to supply Hazardous Material Identification System that can identify hazardous materials encountered in a first-respone capacity. The requirement includes the need to fully submerse the detection equipment for decontamination purposes. The rapid and accurate identification of unknown liquids, powders, and solids is required.
