Description

The Air Armament Center intends to award a sole source contract extension for continuing central appointment and referral management center services currently performed at Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field, FL. This is a follow-on action and the performance period will be from 1 April 2004 through 30 June 2004 with three one-month options, if required, for a total of 6 months. The award is to KMR, LLC, 5111 Leesburg Pike, Suite 704, Falls Church VA, 22041, contract F08651-03-F5007. Services under this contract consist of the operation of the centralized appointment call center, referral management center, primary care manager by name desk, Tricare Plus enrollment and family health clinic appointment desk. Statutory authority for this sole source extension is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE, NO FORMAL SOLICITATION WILL RESULT FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Questions may be directed to Ms Cathina Hill at 850-882-0339.
