- Solicitation for NSN 4010-00-149-5614, YPG03252000667, Chain, Stud Link, Flash Butt Welded, Size ¾ inch IAW Spec Nr MIL-C-24633A. First Article Approval Contractor Testing Required on one item. This NSN is procured as fully competitive IAW a military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standard. Data may be obtained from DSCR-VABA via internet, mail, fax or phone. This is a critical application item. Procurement is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 100% option which may or may not be exercised at time of award. Shipments will be made to the following stock locations: X62G2T – XU Def Dist Depot San Joaquin, 25600 S Chrisman Rd, Rec Whse 10, Tracy, CA 95376-5000 for a quantity of 39 SO and W25G1U – XU DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 for a quantity of 14 SO. Delivery is 79 days ARO. FOB is Destination with Inspection at Origin. QAP 002 applies. This procurement is a small business set-aside. Non-commercial item. This final contact award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue around 17 March 2004.
