- LTC04055018517, NSN 4933-01-033-1503, Tool Combination IAW TDPL 010331503-0027 & DWG 19200 11826059. This is a Controlled Technical Data Package (CTDP) and proprietary. Certification forms can be obtained by calling 804-279-4174 or download via internet www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd Numbered note #1 applies, this is a small business set-aside. Numbered note #8 applies Export Control Certification. Procurement is on basis of other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This is a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one base and four option years. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination IAW QAP 002. Requested delivery is XX DARO for initial order and 30 DARO for follow on orders. The guaranteed minimum is 2161 EA for the base year and option years if exercised. The maximum contract quantity is 17288 for the base and each option year if exercised. This is not a commercial item. Possible ship to address is Cherry Point, NC & San Diego, CA for stock shipments. Solicitation may be available on or about 30 March, 2004 and close on or about 30 April, 2004. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
