- Description: See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 2540-01-279-8521, Tarpaulin, to be procured in accordance with CAGE Codes 1KNH1 Part No. TA-2959RS and 3B150 Part No. G122524-1. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQTC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 68 each to be shipped to various stock locations. The FOB is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery is for a quantity of 34 each in 90 days shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. This requirement is Unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date Mar 5, 2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
