Description

This Modification 4 to E08210GH posted 2/2/04 is to amend to include the following statement. All references to past contracts have been deleted in this amended solicitation. We are casting an open call for new media plans that will accomplish the goals as stated in the announcement within the set parameters. No reference to the plan developed in 2002 is expected of the successful proposal. The information was provided as general information only. The deadline to submit questions has expired. Therefore, any further questions will not be honored. Phone calls will not be honored. It is the responsibility of the interested party to monitor this website for modifications. The answers to written questions that were received by the deadline will be posted within a week. We are still reviewing the questions. A new deadline for interested parties to submit responses to the RFQ will be posted within a week. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-FEB-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 03-MAR-2004.
