- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only occasion for solicitation. Quotes are requested and an additional WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation, DWHPR4W041, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing) and small business size standard is 750 employees. The proposed purchase order is set aside for small business concern. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This is a total small business aside (100%). The government intends to issue a purchase order for the following items: (0001) Qty 8 – Promptus 7000 ISDN Converters, Part Number 705.000.4000. (0002) Qty 8 Promptus Transparent Extension Optimised Software for ISDN Converter (item 0001), Part Number 715.000.3600. (0003) Qty 8 –Promptus Serial Link Cable RS-530, Part Number 704.012.4200. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. Please indicate FOB destination on quote. Quotes are to be forwarded to the following email address or fax number by no later than 2:00 p.m. EST 08 March 2004: beatyr@ncr.disa.mil or (202) 757-5256 (fax). NO OFFERS ARE TO BE FORWARED BY REGULAR MAILED, EXPRESS CARRIERS OR HAND CARRIED. Please include your business size, CAGE Code, DUNs Number, Tax Identification Number, and Central Contractors Registration (CCR) Status (i.e., active, pending, not listed). Normally, the Government expects to see a discount, which is at least equal to that provided by your standard commercial discount policy for that item. Anticipated award date is no later than 10 March 2004. The Government intends to award a purchase order or orders for the above requirements to the lowest priced Offeror who meets all of the requirements stated herein.
