- PR 4031000005, NSN: 8455-00-566-7494, Insignia, Embroidered, Shoulder Sleeve, Type 1, Style 1, Class 2 Woodland Subdued, Overedge Stitching Required 1st Armored Division Stitch Count 10204 Each. (If other than a Schiffi Embroidery is used, Stitch Count on Government Cartoon must be doubled), Quantity 195,372 each, Destinations: Phoenix, AZ and New Cumberland, PA. Twelve (12) deliveries beginning 150 days after date of award. In accordance with MIL-DTL-14652B dtd 18 Dec 2001. In accordance with drawing A-1-330 Dtd April 21, 1974 and Cartoon A-1-330 Dtd September 1974. Five (5) First Article Test Samples required 60 days after date of award. Two (2) 100% Option Required. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside. BERRY AMENDMENT APPLIES. Solicitation will include end item specification. Solicitation will be available on the Procurement gateway on or around March 22, 2004. Contractor supplies all materials. Contractor must be CCR Registered and have a government cage code. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as The Berry Amendment impose restrictions on the DoDs acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and specialty metals (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/ after (March 22, 2004 ).
