Description

Demolition existing airfield pavement and install 350 LF of 20 feet wide airfield rated asphalt expansion joints through the full depth of the taxiway. Option: Mill down the protruding seal material to level with existing grade if the weather is no t conducive to asphalt paving operations within 7 days of award. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 30 calendar days from the first day the asphalt plant opens following winter shutdown but no later than 01 May 2 004. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstratio n Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 237310 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
