Description

Provide radiopharmaceutical supplies for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Projected period of service is from date of award through March, 31, 2004, with one pre-priced option year. Requests for quotes are now available on this website. Requests for Quotes may be obtained directly from this website or by written request to: John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Acquisition Management (001R-A), 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (313) 576-1077. Contractors are responsible for verifying that requests for RFQ 553-28-04 have been received in the contracting office. Quotes are due by Wednesday, March 24 2004, 4:00 pm local time, (to receive consideration) in room B4213 (if hand delivered) at the John D.
