Description

The work consists of constructing approximately 11,158 linear feet of trail at Cathedral Hills Park. Use of motorized equipment with wheel/track width of 30 inches outside edge to outside edge will be allowed. Due to environmental site conditions, trail construction by hand will not be allowed. Contractors must meet certain qualifications to be considered for award. NAICS Code is 237310. Project site is located in Grants Pass Resource Area, Josephine County, Medford District BLM, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is April 15, 2004, and performance time is 60 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is March 19, 2004.
