Description

The Government is seeking interested sources to replace existing chill water compressor in Sims Hall, Building 29 at the War College, Newport, RI. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS Code is 238990 and the size standard is $12 million. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The approximate solicitation release date is 22 March 2004. The completion date will be 30 days after award. All laborers, supervisors and inspectors shall be at the minimum qualified level within the specifications. All Safety plans, preventive maintenance schedules as well as other required documentation will be submitted as outlined within the specifications. All documents will be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view .pdf files can be downloaded from the Adobe website www.adobe.com. The official access to the solicitation is via the Internet. The website address is http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. All contractors are required to register for the solicitation when downloading from the NAVFAC e-sol website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. All contractors must be registered on the Central Contractors registration website www.ccr.gov. All quotes must be sent by mail or in person.
