Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Roman L. Hruska U.S. Meat Animal Research Center located in Clay Center, Nebraska, requires deliveries of Primers in 96 well plates and single tubes for use in PCR, DNA Sequencing and Mass Spectrophotometer genotyping research activities. The period of performance shall be mid March 2004 through mid March 2005. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-019-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE MARCH 15, 2004 BY 5:00 P.M. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 325998 with a small business size of 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-019-82HW-04 which will be available on or about March 8, 2004. The anticipated award date is March 19, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
