Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Est Issue Date: 26 Mar 2004, Est Closing Date: 27 April 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is Configuration Control. Government FAT is required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 251 days after FAT approval.
