Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to TAC-Americas, Inc., 1650 W. Crosby Road, Carrollton, TX., 75006. The contract will consist of a one year base period and two one year options. The contract will include option provisions. White Sands Mi ssile Range has a need for preventative maintenance, calibration, and recertification of Control Solutions Environmentally Controlled Laboratory. The laboratory is used in the support of dimensional metrology measurements at the TMDE Support Center locate d at White Sands Missile Range. The laboratory has stringent environmental requirements (68 degrees Fahrenheit +/-0.5 degrees Fahrenheit, 45%RH +/-5%; that must be maintained around the clock. TAC-Americas, Inc. has the direct institutional knowledge of the installed laboratory at White Sands. TAC-Americas, Inc. has technicians on hand with the direct knowledge required to service the facility. See note 22 (any interested parties must respond by 09 March 2004 at 1400 hours of this notification).
