- The Responding to RFPs Workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2004 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. Cost is $45.00. This course is designed to provide familiarity with the contents of a federal government Request for Proposal.
