Description

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security intends to award a Cost No Fee contract on a Sole Source Basis to The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), a non-profit organization. This award will be for the AAAS Sponored fellowship program which will educate fellows about policy development, implementation, and evaluation through assignments that focus on defending the homeland.
