- This modification is hereby issued to revise the issue and closing date. Issue date is 16 March 2004 with a closing date of 16 April 2004. All terms, conditions, and requirements remains the same. Solicitation number SP0450-04-R-2091, LTC03351016952, NSNs 6840-01-493-7334 & 6850-01-493-7309, for Camouflage Face Paint. Solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Fixed Price/Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite Quantity Contract(s) for a base year with four one-year option periods. Stock lines only to SNG, New Cumberland, PA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. For NSN 6840-01-493-7334, base year Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 80 BX, option year EAD is 32 BX; requested delivery 60 DARO. EPA registration/labeling required. For NSN 6850-01-493-7309, base year EAD is 445 BX, option year EAD is 232 BX; requested delivery 63 DARO. Both NSNs: Government First Article Testing Applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin; QAP 010 applies. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label required. Specification available.
