Description

The item to procure is a Lock Assembly, Pintle (NSN: 1010-01-151-6232) (Part Number: 5830116) Used on MK64 Machine Gun Mount. Material is Steel, Phosphate Coating. C/O: Body Lock, 5141121; Housing Lock, 5830118; Spring Lock, 5830119; Spacing Colla r, 5141081; Release Cam, 5830121; Straight Pin, MS9390-201; and Solid Rivet, MS35743-9. Requirements are 250 each Lock Assembly, Pintle with a 100% option. FOB is Origin. The solicitation number for this acquisition is DAAE20-03-T-0427 under commercial simplified acquisition procedures. Estimated issue date is 29 Mar 04. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a) (7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic cop y may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Proposed contract is 100% small business s et-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that will be provided via the internet. Notes 1 and 22 apply.
