Description

Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to aerially apply, via fixed or rotor-wing aircraft, liquid herbicide at a rate of 5 gallons/acre, to approximately 17,540 acres of rangeland in Chaves, Eddy, and Lincoln Counties, New Mexico, and Potter County, Texas. The period of performance for the contract will be from approximately 5/24/04 to 06/23/04. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. The Northern American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 115112 and the business size standard is $6.0 Million. This solicitation will be available on or about March 10, 2004. Offerors are requested to visit the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://iwww.eps.gov for a copy of the solicitation. A written copy of the solicitation will not be made available. You are requested to download this solicitation electronically directly from the FBO website. Proposals will be due on April 7, 2004.
