- This acquisition is for procurement of 6 Critical Cooling Systems and Power Flex Modules for Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The Critical Cooling Systems are manufactured by Rhino Refrigeration under the brand name R-Tique. Th e Power Flex Module is manufactured by Global Solar. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. This procurement is unrestricted and all quotations submitted by responsible sources will be considered. Solicitati on W81K00-04-T-0219 will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about March 11, 2004. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. Award will be made on o r about March 26, 2004.
