- Furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision and any other items necessary to remove existing hot water converters, mixing valves, and abondoned piping in each building. Provide new 500 gallon storage tanks and new mixi ng valves in each building. Provide new piping as needed to connect the new tanks to the existing boiler, connect to the new mixing valve and then tie into existing supply lines. New piping shall be labeled to match the existing. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for this effort. This acquisition is being set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone(HUBZone) concerns only. The National American Industry Classification System code is 238220, threshold of $12,000,000. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR. Upon release to the publice the solicitation shall be available via the internetat website: http://www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLIC IT.HTM. Bidders are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendment wil be provided. Bid due date and time will be included in the solicitation. Nu mbered note # 27 is applicable
