- Description
- This requirement is only for FSS holders under GSA Schedule 621-I. Naval Hospital Pearl Harbor and its branch clinics currently has requirements for Optometry (Ref #STW-04-04), Physical Therapy (Ref #SWT-05-04), Pediatric (Ref #SWT-03-04), Family Practice and OB/GYN (Ref #SWT-02-04), and ancillary (Ref #SWT-01-04) services under SINs 038, 039, and 046. Copies of the proposal requests can be downloaded from http://nmlc-dev.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/services.htm or can be requested by email at sdwellen@nmlc.med.navy.mil. Email requests need to specify reference number for specific healthcare worker type. No offers will be accepted from offerors who do not hold a current FSS under GSA Schedule 621-I.
